Through our 3 early childhood development and educational programs we are able to help improve children’s health, overall development, educational outcomes and ultimately, their success in life. Additionally, through our parent workforce development program, we are able to help their parents gain the skills needed to provide a stable income to better provide for the needs of the family.

In 1999, I worked with the Sisters of St. Joseph and St. Joseph Hospital to discern the core needs for working poor families in central Santa Ana. We concluded that a high quality early childhood education center, with health assessments, nutrition education, and parenting support programs would be the best way to prepare young children to be successful in school and help the whole family emerge from poverty.
